Fredrick worked for the security services in London his official title was civil servant but in reality, he was an Mi6 agent his life was good he rented a flat from Gloria Harbottle a plump middle-aged woman with short hair she wore striking red lip stick usually dress in long black dress with black high heels she was a fair but stern women. Next, they unlocked his plastic panties and ten removed the soiled diaper and put it in his diaper pail and closed the lid. The collar of the dress was yoke shaped but made from what lace it made Freddy look like a frumpy girl add to this was a pair of old fashion heeled shoes made out of brown leather with brown laces. He looked in the mirror saw a girl dress in a juvenile outfit he tried desperately to pull the hem of his dress down to cover his diaper but it was impossible all he saw was a very padded crotch and a huge padded bum/fanny from where the diaper was and also you could see the outline and colour of the plastic panties. He could not hide the fact he looked like an incontinent toddler.
