Thank you for the sweet comments. Hoping for feedback and reactions is one of the main reasons I write.

And for babycakes, you didn't usurp anything as far as I'm concerned. I was flattered you took the time to take a stab at it.

I am still conflicted about the AI, but it can be a helpful tool. I generated many more images than I chose to post. After all, this is a "story" site and not an "image" site. But used sparingly, I think they can add to the telling. In the end though, I think the best images are in each reader's mind.
