Title: Missing story

Does anyone recall a story that was set in the Wild West? It was a favorite of mine but I can’t find it! I used the search function and went through the archives multiple times. Maybe I’m forgetting the title? The ladies of the town secretly take photos of their men in diapers and dresses while they’re drunk to use as blackmail. Eventually the woman take over the votes and so control the town. Always found it so exciting. Any ideas?

I'm also looking for a story where a mom diaper punishes her son after he tells her to pi** off and she takes him out in public and punishes him then and then to a pool and then a baby class any idea of the name
