Title: Breakfast At Betty's

Quiet, slow time in the pre-dawn hours (E. USA time today) during the middle of the week at Betty's.

But already western Europe is enjoying breakfast with Betty's. Meanwhile in eastern & the western USA we never sleep enough, so drink lots of coffee, get grumpy, & have high dental bills as we grind our teeth, or shoot somebody for getting in our way.
