I don't know who the author is; but, I would love to see what happened to Jonathan after his operation.  This story leaves everyone hanging and the suspense is killing me.  Do continue this fantastic story.  PLEASE. (curtsey)

It says it's by Johnathan right in the title. If you read the beginning you'll see it says is was extracted from our old Top Ten Stories page from 1999, 20 years ago, so the story itself is probably even older than 20 years old.
