Congratulations on an outstanding story so far.  I think the theme is fairly unique in the genre (my bad if it's not but then references appreciated) and has long been a fantasy of mine.  So, thank you.

The introduction of the "surprise nursery" was perfect and you are now one of my story heroes.  You did hint that more was to come at the car stop when Mom introduced the yellow rumba panties after saying the pink plastic panties were the only ones that weren't ripped but you did a wonderful job of introducing it.  My only very, very minor criticism is the crib bars being too tall is a bit of a stretch (no pun intended).  A 12 y.o. boy on average should have about 5.5' - 6' of reach, without jumping.  So, for bars to be too tall they would have to be over 6' above the mattress (unlikely) or too close to ceiling to squeeze through.  Sorry for the detour but I like to put myself in the situation and think it through.   

Also agree with others that Mom had this well planned and a "new baby girl" is soon to appear.  Not sure if Jessie was fully aware of plan since she seemed surprised at the rumbas but she'll clearly be an enthusiastic participant.  Would love to know the backstory, otherwise Mom comes off as a bit sadistic in her treatment of Jack.  Doesn't seem like this is about Jack's somewhat weak bladder.  Also, why is Jack not fighting back if he doesn't feel he deserves the punishment?  He seems to be too easily resigned to his mother's control.  I tend to opposition myself unless convinced otherwise.

Babycakes - One of the frustrations of my advanced knowledge is that I'm writing part 4 and you've only read the first 2 parts, so it makes it difficult for me to discuss things that you haven't yet experienced. Suffice to say, some of the things you've brought up may very well occur by the end of part 3.
As for the matter of the crib, let me refamiliarize myself with what information is in part 2... The bars are not even as tall as Jack himself is, but he's not the most athletic of boys and lacks the upper body strength to get out of the crib and I would imagine the diaper between his legs would complicate matters. For hand-wavy plot-centric reasons, he needs to remain in his crib. Once the initial shock of his treatment wears off, he'll begin to consider escape attempts. Don't you worry.

Loved the second installment, especially the reveal of the obviously pre-planned little girl's nursery. The main character (is his name Jacob? Or Jack? It's inconsistent) is convinced at the end of this installment that he's being punished. I think it'd be amazing if his Mom came in after his nap and with him still locked in his crib (just give it a closing/locking top, that solves the bar height problem) and had a long talk with him about how she thinks he's really a girl and is going to help him transition back to baby girlhood. I'd love it if Mom would acknowledge that this transition will be tough for him, but all the while she's also convinced it's for the best for him. It would be so hot to have her say, firmly but kindly, that he's now basically a toddler girl from now on.

He goes by Jack, but his full name is Jacob. It's a little different, but he'll mostly go by Jack except when he gets in trouble with mom. As an aside, Jessie will have some nicknames for him down the road too.
As will hopefully become increasingly apparent as the story progresses, Jack is mostly in the dark about what he'll be subjected to, so unfortunately, his mom won't be revealing her full plan for him quite yet. He's in a girly diaper, but still wearing his boy t-shirt, so it's still early days yet.
